Return/Exchange Policy
We are here to meet your needs and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. In the event that something doesn't fit properly we are happy to issue a store credit or exchange the item for you. Please read how our return/exchange policy works:
To be eligible for a Return or Exchange:
- Must have a receipt
- Must be handled within 14 days of date on receipt
- Must be in the same condition as purchased (unworn, clean, unwashed with original tag and packaging)
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges on the following:
- Jewelry
- Under garments (cami's, bralette's, leggings, etc.)
- Sunglasses
- Hats
- Bathing Suits
- Bath or body products (lotions, soaps, sanitizers, etc.)
- Food or candy
- Candles that have been burned
If your item is defective or damaged when you get it home, please bring it back to us and we will exchange the item for you.
Shipping: Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders are shipped through USPS and we will provide tracking numbers once the order has shipped. Once the order is in the mail please contact USPS if anything is delayed: we cannot control the ail carrier and/or errors they make while shipping.
For online orders: All unworn/unaltered merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to 307 George Bay Court, Concord, NC 28027 (please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip in your package). Items with make-up, deodorant, perfume, or similar products stains will be shipped back to you. You are responsible for the shipping and handling or the returned item. Once the item is returned we will refund the cost of the item less the original shipping cost to your original form of payment.
In store purchases can be exchanged for the store credit within 14 days of original purchase and must fit the same stipulations as listed above for online purchases.
**You may not return or exchange: sale items, items purchased with a coupon, or discount code of 30% off or more. All accessories are final sale.**
