Delivery Policy

 

1. All orders are subject to product availability.

2. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the continental US or pickup at the shop.     
    Any shipments outside of USA are not available at this time.

3. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
    Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

    Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order.

    Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

    Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

    Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $7.95

    Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

    You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

    Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. If you have any questions about the delivery and shipment or your order, please contact us at 980-255-8657 or sales@thegoldenrackboutique.com, Once the order is in the mail please contact USPS if anything is delayed: we cannot control the ail carrier and/or errors they make while shipping.


For online orders: All unworn/unaltered merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to 307 George Bay Court, Concord, NC 28027 (please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip in your package). Items with make-up, deodorant, perfume, or similar products stains will be shipped back to you. You are responsible for the shipping and handling or the returned item. Once the item is returned we will issue the cost of the item less the original shipping cost to a gift card.


In store purchases can be exchanged for the store credit within 14 days of original purchase and must fit the same stipulations as listed above for online purchases.
