Ship to Store for FREE

You may also select the option to pick your item up in either of our stores. This is a free service and the order can be picked up during our normal store business hours Mon-Sat 10am-6pm.  You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. You have 15 days from the time you are emailed that your order is ready for pickup to return (for store credit) or exchange these items. After this time period, the order becomes final sale.

NOTE: Ship to Store orders are processed by our warehouse and then shipped to each store location. Please allow up to 4 business days for your store pickup order to arrive at the store of your choice.

* Please be sure to check your address before placing your order, it is your financial responsibility to cover the re-shipment of a package needing an address correction or update.

Shipping Return/Exchange

If you would like a prepaid USPS label to return your items, please send us an email to info@thegoldenrackboutique.com. Once we receive your package, we will issue a store credit, minus the cost of the original shipping and a $7 USPS return shipping fee if a pre-paid label is used. You will receive an email to the email address associated with the original order with the gift card and details of the transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
