Refund policy
We do not offer Refunds. We are here to meet your needs and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. In the event that something doesn't fit properly we are happy to issue a store credit or exchange the item for you. Please read how our return/exchange policy works:
To be eligible for a Return or Exchange:
Must have a receipt
Must be handled within 14 days of date on receipt
Must be in the same condition as purchased (unworn, clean, unwashed with original tag and packaging)
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges on the following:
Jewelry
Hair accessories
Under garments (cami's, bralette's, leggings, etc.)
Sunglasses
Hats
Bathing Suits
Bath or body products (lotions, soaps, sanitizers, etc.)
Food or candy
Candles that have been burned
All exchanges are considered final sales.
Shoe returns must be returned in their original box. For online they must be placed inside of a separate shipping box in to protect the shoe box. If the shoe box is received with shipping labels or packaging tape on it, we will be unable to process the return.
If your item is defective or damaged when you get home, please bring it back to us and we will exchange the item for you.
For online purchase please contact us immediately info@thegoldenrackboutique.com, provide Name, order number, issue and pictures. The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return.
Online Exchange:
The exchange must be of the same item but a different size or color. We will ship out the newly selected item as soon as the package of your undesired size or color begins showing movement using the prepaid return label, there will be no additional shipping charge for this exchange. All exchanges are final sale.
